What We Do
Telpla is an international information and communication technology (ICT) support company that provides third party field and remote based technical support for small, medium, and large corporations. We specialise in providing 24/7 contractual support for mission critical hardware and software that falls under the remit of our multi vendor partnerships. Our bespoke commercial contracts provide strict service level agreement (SLA) guarantees for immediate technical support 24/7, 365 days a year. We have a 100% SLA record with Vodafone, who have contractually used our managed services since February 2010. The UK is our main engineering presence, but we also have clients and engineers in a number of other countries. Our ITIL compliant engineers have a multitude of certifications in line with our multi vendor partnerships. All our field based engineers are UK government security cleared, and conform to a shirt and tie policy wherever possible. Our Financial Performance Telpla Ltd (UK) and its subsidiary Telpla Inc (USA) both incorporated in 2009, and our company has gone from strength to strength, with annual turnover and profit increasing quarterly. For our financial years 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 we consecutively produced pre and post tax profits that contributed towards corporation tax. Our full accounts are available to corporations upon request. For our current financial year 2013, Telpa have appointed international accountancy specialists, Deloitte, to prepare our audited accounts. Simply put; unlike our competitors, we have always operated in profit, and we are a 100% loan free company. Our appointed lawyers are international legal specialists Marks & Clerk. All worldwide work undertaken by Telpla is covered by Hiscox professional indemnity insurance. |
